
The Flagstaff House Restaurant
offers several arrangement possibilities for elegant
evening receptions and rehearsal dinners.
We host many wedding functions
in sizes ranging from 12 to 200 people. We have both
private and semi-private rooms available all with breathtaking
views of Boulder.

The following is a breakdown for evening functions
Menu Costs:
Passed Hors doeurves are complimentary
Food costs are based on the price of our current
menu.
Beverages are based on consumption. No set up
fee unless you offer a cash bar.
We add on a 20% service charge and applicable
taxes to your total. Payment is due at the end of
your function.
Room Fee:
If your group maximizes the space of a specific room,
we do not charge a room fee. If the group does not maximize
the space, and you still want the entire room, then
we would charge a room fee. The room fee will be based
on how many people the group is and which size room
you are reserving. Call for details.
Deposits and Guarantees:
A deposit will be taken from 200 to 500 depending
on which room is booked.
Refund able by 50% up to one month out.
We ask that the final number of people be given
three days prior. Your final charges will be based on
the final confirmed number or actual number, whichever
is greater.
