Flagstaff House Restaurant offers several arrangement possibilities for elegant evening receptions and rehearsal dinners.
We host many wedding functions in sizes ranging from 12 to 200 people. We have both private and semi-private rooms available, all with breathtaking views of Boulder.
The following is a breakdown for evening functions:
• Complimentary passed hors d’oeurves.
• Food costs are based on the price of our current menu.
• Beverages are based on consumption. No set up fee unless you offer a cash bar.
• Food and Beverage minimums are exclusive of service charge and sales tax.
If your group maximizes the space of a specific room, we do not charge a room fee. If the group does not maximize the space, and you still want the entire room, then we would charge a room fee. The room fee will be based on the number of guests in attendance, and the room that is reserved. Please call us for details.
Deposits and Guarantees:
• A non-refundable deposit is requested to secure the date and space.
• We ask for a final number of guests three days prior to your event. Your final charges will be based on the final confirmed number or actual number, whichever is greater.
